FAQs

Our Premium Trainings are designed to be flexible, impactful, and tailored to your organization’s needs. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about session formats, delivery options, content ownership, and more.

How long are Premium sessions?

Premium sessions typically these sessions are at least 1.5 hours, though the duration may vary depending on the topic.
Shorter sessions (approximately 60 minutes) are common for physical wellness topics and are still led by highly qualified experts in the field.
Extended sessions may run for a half day or full day, especially when designed as in-depth workshops or retreat-style learning experiences.
Regardless of length, all premium sessions are delivered by subject matter experts who provide deep, focused insights tailored to the topic.

Our premium sessions are led by subject matter experts in their respective fields. These professionals bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and specialized expertise to each session. As a result, organizations gain lasting value—leaving with a workforce that is better informed, equipped, and empowered on the topic at hand.

Yes, in most cases. The availability of handouts or supporting materials depends on the topic and the instructor’s teaching style. When provided, these resources are designed to enhance learning and support continued application of the content.

Premium sessions are primarily delivered virtually for convenience and accessibility. However, in-person sessions may be arranged based on instructor availability. Please note that additional travel fees would apply for on-site sessions.

Do we get that time back?  From our perspective, any content developed specifically would be considered ENI’s intellectual property to use at our discretion. It’s important to note that what organizations are paying for are a service fee—either based on the hours spent developing custom content or for access to our network of subject matter experts (SMEs Customized or premium content is typically based on subjects that require specialized expertise, deeper knowledge, or relevant certifications.)

Yes, you would have access to custom workshops developed for other organizations. However, please note that all workshop content is the property of ENI, not any individual organization. As such, while the material is accessible, it would still be offered at a premium or customized price point to reflect the specialized nature of the content.

The number of hours assigned to a custom workshop is determined by the complexity of the topic and the amount of content to be covered. We work collaboratively to assess the learning objectives, depth of material, and desired level of participant engagement to recommend an appropriate workshop length. This approach ensures each session meets both the organization’s goals and participants’ expectations. Pricing for each custom or premium session is based on several factors, including content complexity, level of subject matter expertise required, and preparation time.

Circling back, the session is owned by ENI so each time a custom training is requested, there will be a service fee associated with its delivery.

To respect participant confidentiality and create a space where everyone feels safe and comfortable sharing, Premium sessions are not recorded. Additionally, the interactive nature of these sessions—including breakout rooms and live discussions—makes recording impractical and potentially incomplete. Our top priority is to foster a secure, private environment for open and authentic engagement.

Yes, we offer a variety of pre-organized training series. We’re also happy to collaborate with you to customize a series that best meets the specific needs and goals of your team.
