Educate management on the issues involved in establishing and administering a Drug-Free Workplace program via interactive multimedia training. Topics covered include:

Employee Awareness and Training
Educate employees about policies and company expectations including health education, rights and responsibilities.

Drug Testing
Although drug testing is not always legally required, it is often used as a strong component to a comprehensive drug-free workplace program. eni’s program offers to identify and negotiate with testing agencies and coordinate random drug testing upon request.

Employee Assistance
